UGC NET Law Exam Overview– The exam comprises two papers conducted in a single 3-hour session:

  • Paper I – Teaching & Research Aptitude (50 MCQs, 100 marks)
  • Paper II – Law Discipline (100 MCQs, 200 marks)

Examination Pattern-

  • Total Questions: 150 MCQs
  • Marking Scheme: +2 marks per correct answer; no negative marking
  • Duration: 3 hours, no break between papers
