At Sarthi Institute of Law, we aim to provide high-quality law coaching and online learning experiences. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be considered.
- Students must ensure all details entered during registration and payment are accurate.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of course fees.
- Course fees include access to study materials, live sessions, tests, and mentorship as per the selected program.
All payments made for course fees, registration, or study materials are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after enrollment.
- Failure to attend classes or access online materials.
- Partial course usage.
- Technical issues on the user’s side (internet, device, etc.).
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical or system error.
- Failed transaction where the amount was deducted but not received by our system.
In such cases, students must email the transaction details to contact@sarthiinstituteoflaw.com within 7 working days for verification.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
- By Student: Once enrolled, a student cannot cancel or transfer the admission to another program or student.
- By Institute: In rare cases, if a course is canceled by Sarthi Institute of Law, students will be eligible for a full refund of the paid amount.
All digital products (PDFs, e-books, videos, test series, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as they are considered delivered upon access.
